Looks like another guy from TT.NET reported the scoundrel so I guess he'll get his just deserts. Anywho, I was more concerned with the principal behind the actions. Like I said before, I don't condone it. But do you think this is the only time this kinda stuff happens on eBay? This guy was just too stupid to disguise his e-mail address. You could have friends place fake bids and no one would ever be the wiser. Probably happens all the time. My point is, if you take out the morality, then the end result is the same - either a buyer gets the item at a price he was willing to pay, or not. The fallacy is to get caught up in the seller's intent. Now, if he takes it to another level and tries to rip someone off by not delivering what was advertised, that is another story . . .
